Q: Why is having a videographer at your wedding is a MUST?

• The ability to capture movements and audio. This means that all the important things like: the bride's walk down the aisle, vows, speeches, and dances can all be recorded and relived OVER and OVER again. Chances are your nerves and emotion got the best of you during these moments, so seeing them again can truly be rewarding!

• Due to the excitement, fast pace, and so much going on, your wedding day can often be a blur. A wedding video allows you to relive these experiences at a much slower pace, seeing things from a new perspective and discovering moments you didn't know happened. After watching it a few times you will have a whole new understanding and love for your big day!

• If a loved one could not make it to your wedding then a video is a great way to share the experience with them. 

 

• A wedding video is also great to be able to show later on in life. You may want to show your children or grandchildren your wedding and with a wedding video you have that possibility!

• Watching your wedding video can also be a great anniversary tradition to remind yourselves the love you have for each other on your special day! There's nothing like watching your wedding video to rekindle some flames!

Q: What all is included in your packages?

Deluxe (most brides choice) 

 

• This package deal consists of up to 8 hours on site to film. As time allows, we would film bride and groom prep, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in our 8 hours on site. The couple will receive a Flash Drive USB with a Final "Highlight" style wedding film. This is a condensed wedding film that takes the high points of the day and mashes them into something beautiful and cinematic. The length of this video varies from 6-10 minutes.

• *OPTIONAL... Add a Traditional edited copy for an additional cost. A traditional copy consists of the ENTIRE ceremony edited with several angles for the new husband and wife to keep and watch years and years later.*

Q: What steps must I take to secure a date?

• You must sign a contract and we require 50% of the total cost as a deposit. We will wait a total of 1 week to hold your wedding date. If payment has not been received within 1 week of  contact your date will become available to others that may have the same date as you. 

​

Q: Do you travel?

• We do travel! If your venue is within a 2 hour radius of Covington, VA there is NO additional cost for travel! If your venue is over 2 hours from Covington, VA there is an additional fee.

Q: What forms of payment do you except?

• We except Cash or Check.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

• You have the right to cancel the contract at anytime, however the deposit is non-refundable due to prohibiting the possibility other business. *Deposit refunded if an "Act of God" instance were to occur for either side of the agreement.

Q: When is the final payment due for our wedding videography services?

• Final payment is due at the latest the day of the wedding.

​

Q: How long does is take to receive our wedding video?

• It can take up to 30-40 days to receive your final video.

Q: Do you do more than just weddings?

• Yes we have produced: virtual tours for real estate companies, a baby announcement video, promotional videos, vacation videos, photo slide show videos, and engagement videos!
